Choose a first logic game by the question it asks
The most useful distinction is not a difficulty score. It is whether you want to infer a rule, manipulate a definition or track a relationship between spaces.
Start with the type of uncertainty
Baba Is You asks whether a definition can change. Patrick’s Parabox asks how spaces contain one another. The Witness makes discovering an implied rule part of the activity. Those are different reasons to hesitate or become curious.
Watch the ordinary interaction
Choose footage that includes an unsolved situation, not only a rapid solution. Consider whether the process of thinking looks enjoyable; a successful result can conceal the very uncertainty that occupies most of a session.
Make one practical check
Use the current desktop and input labels on each review. A simple board does not establish comfort with a controller, small display or a particular operating system.
